Safeguarding Disclaimer
EHS-UK Property Solutions provides temporary accommodation coordination and property management services.
EHS-UK is not a registered refuge provider, medical provider, counselling service, emergency service, or crisis intervention organisation.
All referrals are assessed on a case-by-case basis and placement availability cannot be guaranteed.
Where appropriate, individuals may be signposted to external specialist organisations, local authorities, emergency services, or support providers.
If an individual is in immediate danger or requires urgent safeguarding intervention, emergency services (999) or the relevant specialist helpline should be contacted immediately.
EHS-UK reserves the right to decline referrals where accommodation is unsuitable, unavailable, or where risks cannot be safely managed.
We Are NOT a Refuge Provider
EHS-UK is an accommodation coordination and property management provider.
We are not a registered domestic abuse refuge or specialist support provider. Individuals requiring specialist safeguarding, counselling, legal advocacy, or emergency intervention may be referred to appropriate external services.
Referral Eligibility
EHS-UK may consider referrals for individuals experiencing:
• Homelessness or housing instability
• Domestic abuse related housing displacement
• Emergency or short-notice accommodation need
• Temporary accommodation requirements pending longer-term housing solutions
Referrals may be accepted from:
• Local authorities
• Charities and support organisations
• Social workers and case workers
• Domestic abuse services
• Probation and community support teams
• Self-referrals (subject to assessment)
All referrals remain subject to availability, suitability, safeguarding considerations, and internal risk assessment procedures.
Terms for organisations referring clients
Organisation Referral Terms
- Referring organisations must provide accurate and complete referral information to the best of their knowledge.
- EHS-UK reserves the right to accept, decline, or withdraw accommodation placements where risks cannot be safely managed.
- Referring organisations remain responsible for any ongoing support, case management, safeguarding oversight, or specialist intervention required by the referred individual unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- EHS-UK provides accommodation coordination and property management services only and does not provide clinical, therapeutic, legal, or refuge support services.
- Emergency safeguarding concerns must be reported immediately to emergency services and the relevant safeguarding authority.
- Referrals containing inaccurate, misleading, or withheld risk information may result in refusal or termination of accommodation arrangements.
- Accommodation placements are subject to property rules, occupancy agreements, and availability.
- EHS-UK may request additional documentation or risk information before confirming a placement.
